MODERNBEATS SECURE ID® TECHNOLOGY: For the added protection and security of ModernBeats Inc and its Customers, all product files (downloaded or shipped) are encrypted with Customer ID encryption identifying the Customer's IP Address, Name, Date, and Time tied to the Customer's Order. ID Header Tags remain embedded within each file (audio or document) regardless of modification or resampling. This technology is possible due to ModernBeats developing a proprietary system where ID Tag encryption occurs at a binary root level for all audio and document files, not at traditional text header levels. Secure ID® Customer Privacy and Protection: ModernBeats Inc guarantees the full privacy and protection of its valued customers. ModernBeats Inc will never disclose valued customer information to third parties.

PERPETRATORS BEWARE: Unauthorized use, distribution, or duplication is a violation of applicable laws. With ModernBeats Secure ID® Technology, you WILL be caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. ModernBeats' attorneys have won every copyright infringement lawsuit pursued. Don't become a convict, obey the law and avoid a costly lawsuit with ModernBeats, Inc. In addition to ModernBeats, Inc's proprietary Secure ID® Tag encryption, ModernBeats Inc's attorneys use government-supported Waveform Screening Analysis Technology in a court of law to prosecute perpetrators of copyright infringement and illegally selling or distributing ModernBeats products. The U.S. judicial system allows this technology as a tool for supporting evidence against perpetrators of copyright infringement. ModernBeats' sound, loop, and music software/education products may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions enforced by ModernBeats, Inc. By purchasing products sold under ModernBeats.com, you automatically become bound to the terms of the License Agreement:

All sounds and/or sound libraries purchased from ModernBeats, Inc. are licensed, not sold, to you by ModernBeats, Inc. ModernBeats, Inc is the exclusive copyright holder and licensor of all sounds and/or sound libraries purchased from ModernBeats, Inc websites. By purchasing sounds from ModernBeats, Inc you are granted a non-exclusive right/license to incorporate ModernBeats Inc's sounds in sync and within audio, visual, or multimedia productions and compositions. Audio, visual, and multimedia productions and compositions that qualify include film productions, television programs, radio/tv advertisements, website media, video game production, business presentations, album productions, artist promotions, and soundtracks - royalty free. However, ModernBeats Inc products cannot be used in any productions or compositions for any Sound and/or Loop libraries whatsoever.

Following these guidelines entitles you, the licensee, to use ModernBeats Inc sound libraries without additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees due to ModernBeats, Inc. You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer any of ModernBeats, Inc. sounds except as incorporated in an audio, visual, or multimedia production. You may not distribute ModernBeats' sounds, either in native format or reformatted, filtered, re-synthesized or otherwise edited, for use as sounds, multi-sounds, samples, multi-samples, programs or patches in a sampler, sample playback unit, website, compact disc, DVD, or computer. You may not distribute ModernBeats' sounds independently of an audio, visual, or multimedia production. Additionally, you may not use Modernbeats' sound/loop products for the promotion and/or production of any competing products or services.

All publications authored and written by ModernBeats Inc including, but not limited to, music production tips & techniques articles, music production ebooks, and music production tutorial videos are the exclusive copyrighted properties of ModernBeats Inc. If you are interested in re-publishing or distributing ModernBeats Inc's music production publications, you must contact ModernBeats Inc directly in writing to request Copyright Clearance for any and all ModernBeats publications before re-publishing rights may be granted.

As a purchaser of product and bound to ModernBeats, Inc's Terms, you agree all information you provide to ModernBeats, Inc. is completely accurate. You will not disclose access codes or passwords used in accessing any area of the ModernBeats.com/MPCsounds.com website to any other party and will respect ModernBeats Inc's brand by truthfully holding such information as exclusive and confidential. You agree to exercise due diligence and maintain strict safeguards on all sound libraries purchased from ModernBeats, Inc to prevent unauthorized use or distribution thereof.
