ModernBeats Inc's sound libraries may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions enforced by ModernBeats, Inc. By purchasing sounds at ModernBeats.com/MPCsounds.com, you automatically become bound to all terms of the License Agreement:

WARNING: All ModernBeats, Inc sound files are encrypted with proprietary hidden COPYRIGHT ID HEADER TAGS reading "Copyrighted Property of ModernBeats, Inc". Furthermore, all ModernBeats Inc sound libraries are delivered with encrypted CUSTOMER ID TAGS identifying the customer's name and information tied to each sound library ordered. ID HEADER TAGS remain embedded within each sound file regardless of modification or resampling. This technology is possible due to ModernBeats developing a proprietary system where ID TAG encryption occurs at a binary root level for all sound files, not at traditional text header levels.

PERPETRATORS BEWARE: Unauthorized use, distribution, or duplication is a violation of applicable laws. You will be caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By purchasing sounds from ModernBeats, Inc you are granted a non-exclusive right/license to incorporate ModernBeats Inc's sounds in sync and within audiovisual production and compositions. AudioVisual Productions and Compositions that qualify are film productions, television programs, radio/tv advertisements, website media, videogame production, business presentations, album productions, artist promotions, and soundtracks - royalty free. However, ModernBeats Inc products cannot be used in any productions or compositions for any Sound and/or Loop libraries whatsoever.

Following these guidelines entitles you, the licensee, to use ModernBeats Inc sound libraries without additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to due to ModernBeats, Inc. You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer any of ModernBeats, Inc. sounds except as incorporated in an AudioVisual Production. You may not distribute ModernBeats' sounds, either in native format or reformatted, filtered, re-synthesized or otherwise edited, for use as sounds, multi-sounds, samples, multi-samples, programs or patches in a sampler, sample playback unit, website, compact disc, DVD, or computer. You may not distribute ModernBeats' sounds independently of an AudioVisual Production. Additionally, you may not use Modernbeats' sound/loop products for the promotion and/or production of any competing products or services.

All publications authored and written by ModernBeats Inc including, but not limited to, music production tips & techniques articles, music production ebooks, and music production tutorial videos are the exclusive copyrighted properties of ModernBeats Inc. If you are interested in re-publishing or distributing ModernBeats Inc's music production publications, you must contact ModernBeats Inc directly in writing to request Copyright Clearance for any and all ModernBeats publications before re-publishing rights may be granted.

As a purchaser of product and bound to ModernBeats, Inc's Terms, you agree all information you provide to ModernBeats, Inc. is completely accurate. You will not disclose access codes or passwords used in accessing any area of the ModernBeats.com/MPCsounds.com website to any other party and will respect ModernBeats Inc's brand by truthfully holding such information as exclusive and confidential.
